This Public Offer sets out the terms for a services agreement (the “Agreement”). Acceptance occurs when the Customer performs the actions described herein.
Placing an order on the Website constitutes full acceptance of this Offer without reservations.
This Offer is an official proposal by the Contractor under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Agreement is deemed concluded when the parties perform the actions specified in this Offer.
Agreement — this Offer with annexes, accepted by the Customer through conclusive actions.

Parties — the Contractor and the Customer.
Services — services provided by the Contractor, including a non-exclusive license to use MacroForge software for the paid term (digital service).
The Contractor provides Services; the Customer pays according to the selected plan on the Website.
For MacroForge, Services include a non-exclusive software license for the paid period.
This list is not exhaustive; other actions clearly expressing acceptance may also apply.
Provide Services in accordance with this Agreement and information on the Website.
Protect Customer personal data and use it only to provide Services.
May update Offer terms by publishing changes on the Website; changes apply to new orders.
Provide accurate information when ordering.
Use purchased access for personal use only; do not resell or redistribute license keys.
May request refunds under cases provided by applicable law and this Offer.
Prices and plans are listed on the checkout page.
Payment is made cashlessly via the Robokassa payment service.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Russian data protection law.
Details are described in the Privacy Policy on the Website.
Parties are released from liability if performance is prevented by force majeure circumstances.
The affected Party must notify the other Party within 30 business days.
Parties are liable for failure to perform obligations under this Offer and applicable law.
The Contractor is not liable for failures caused by the Customer.
The Offer is effective from publication on the Website until withdrawn by the Contractor.
The Agreement remains in force until the parties fully perform their obligations.
The Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
Disputes shall be resolved through mandatory pre-trial negotiation, then in court under Russian law.
The contract language is Russian; translated versions are for convenience only.
MacroForge is provided as a non-exclusive license for the paid term. The Service is deemed delivered when the license key, account access, and download link are provided.

MacroForge is not affiliated with game or app publishers. Game names are used only to describe macro catalog compatibility.
The Customer must comply with third-party rules and EULA/ToS. Misuse, cheating, or bypassing anti-cheat systems is prohibited.
Account bans or sanctions from third parties are the Customer’s risk.
To request a refund, email support with your order number and purchase email (see contacts).
Requests are reviewed within 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
You may cancel before access is activated. After digital delivery, refunds are available only where required by law and this Offer.
